#21: The Proof is in the Pudding

Hello, and happy Sunday!  I have exciting news:  mindset work and positive psychology are real!  (I know, this is not news; but as is my nature, I have to toss a bit of sarcasm into my writing!)

So, as I mentioned in my post last week, things have been a touch challenging as of late.  Two weeks ago brought about a few decently rough patches, and this last week has seen them play out; all the while, I have been implementing my tools, and they are already working!  I have been doing this in my life for a few years now, and therefore it takes less time to see the manifestation of that glorious silver lining.  That is not to say that everything is magically fixed, as these tools are not magic:  they are an intricate blend of science and belief.  There is actual scientific research behind positive energy and positive thoughts, and the true belief and faith that good things are coming adds the very necessary link that often gets missed by folks who are afraid things won't work out.  That fear will get in the way every time... EVERY TIME.  It is a necessary ingredient.

This mindset work takes practice, so do not be discouraged.  I tell you:  once you see something turn around in your life that you had know concept of how it could possibly happen, and you trace it back to your belief that it would... while not magic itself, it is seriously a magical moment.  That feeling inspires you to continue radiating positive energy and thoughts, and believing in good things, and you will watch your life transform.  It is SO much fun!

Try it out, and watch the results emerge:  the proof is in the pudding.  Cheers!
